THE BUYER REWARDS! INTEGRITY PROGRAM

How Classic Car’s Connection’s exclusive
'Buyer Rewards! Integrity Program' works

THE SELLER AND THE PREFFERED BUYER
Any classic car owner who wishes to display his automobile in our online showroom (consignment) will provide Classic Cars Connection with pictures, history, and minimum specifications. Our staff will then create your showroom page and create a car Information Packet with additional photos and information, and any details the seller deems important. Most importantly, the packet will include the seller’s contact information so the prospective buyer can negotiate the purchase of the car directly with the seller.

Showroom visitors browse or search for their choice of classic cars that they are interested in purchasing. In our online showroom, the potential buyer can view the car and read the basic specifications, including

      • Make
      • Model
      • Year
      • Color, if Original Paint
      • Engine- Make and Year, Original or Year Rebuilt with Mileage

The prospective buyer will pay a fee based on the asking price of said vehicle, please see chart. The buyer can then download the information packet with additional photos and car details, along with the seller’s contact information. This fee is refundable at the time of purchase. Buyers become “Preferred Buyers” since they will definitely earn the respect of the seller, having demonstrating true genuine interest in their classic car purchase.

MUTUAL REWARDS

The buyer will contact Classic Cars Connection when the purchase transaction has been completed. Classic Cars Connection will then identify the car as 'Sold', and remove it from our online showroom.

The seller will send Classic Cars Connection a Completed Transaction Fee of 03.5% of the base sales amount (excluding taxes, registration, and transportation costs)
Upon receipt and clearing of the Completed Transaction Fee, Classic Cars Connection will immediately rebate the amount of 0.5 % of the base sales amount (excluding taxes, registration, and transportation costs) to the buyer, to show our appreciation to the important role he or she plays in helping us de-list the auto.

This unique program carries with it the legacy of honor and integrity that Monte Adams learned as a protégé in the specialty car community. This program allows Classic Cars Connection to be the best premium service for the buyer and sellers both keeping the tradition of doing business the old-fashioned way – with a handshake – alive and well in this impersonal world.

IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG

Integrity and honor are the principles in which we operate. In the event we find any seller refusing agreed payment to CCC or perpetrating fraud on CCC or to the purchaser of their cars, we will attempt to remedy the dispute to the best of our ability. Any contracts are between the seller and the buyer, and CCC cannot possibly provide any warranties or legal protections, and such warranties and/or legal protections are not implied.

In case of disputes, after Classic Cars Connection has exhausted all means of resolution, parties causing disputes may find themselves on our Hall of Shame. We, at Classic Cars Connection, believe that the Hall of Shame will never be used, since we have faith in the honor and integrity of the antique and classic cars collector community. Remembering that we provide the connection to your next classic car and or your buyer.
